This project involved the construction in Shime Town of a building with four stories above ground plus a one-story penthouse. Fuji P.S delivered the pillars, beams, seismic isolation blocks and PC floor slabs. The members were manufactured at our Kotake plant and assembled on-site. Assembly was performed using pressure bonding with PC steel members. By using precast members manufactured in a plant, this saved on labor during construction and ensured the reliability of the finished product members. |
