Construction outline

This project involved seismic strengthening of a twin corridor-type high-rise housing complex ordered by Urban Renaissance Agency.

The order encompassed design and installation together; so, we worked together with Toda Corporation to come up with a design and then reached a decision on installation based on a comprehensive evaluation.

The reinforcing frame members were manufactured at our Mie plant and assembled on-site.

It is designed to widen the balcony where the reinforcing frame is attached, allowing plenty of usable space and being well-received by the residents.
